1- First we design it from applicant sample or from photo with power shape software .

2-Enginering on steel with CNC machine and power mill soft ware .

3-Polish mould after engine with nova pox machine.

4-Boreing and ditching mould grade for better chilling.

5- Fitting all of the fragments.

6- The final grade:

bestrew surface of mould with a hard chromium layer that resistant from oxidize.
